  • Define and evolve customer personas and journeys to guide segmentation, targeting, and campaign development
  • Partner with demand generation to design and support campaigns that drive pipeline, with increasing ownership over strategy and performance
  • Drive and support ABM initiatives for high-value accounts in close partnership with Sales
  • Establish and track key performance metrics (e.g., pipeline contribution, conversion rates, adoption) and use insights to optimize GTM efforts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Sales to ensure alignment on priorities, messaging, and execution
  • Lead sales enablement efforts, developing high-impact tools such as pitch decks, battlecards, and solution narratives

Qualifications:

  • 7–10 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on product marketing in a B2B or SaaS environment
  • Proven experience owning and executing GTM strategies for product launches and feature releases
  • Strong experience with ABM and demand generation, working closely with Sales to drive pipeline
  • Deep understanding of customer research, segmentation, and competitive positioning
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging
  • Experience developing sales enablement content and supporting revenue teams
  • Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with a willingness to execute hands-on
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Day-to-Day Tools / Technical Environment:
