About The Role

The Head of Strategic Initiatives is a direct report to the CFO and a key member of the Office of the CFO,
working closely alongside the VP of Accounting, VP of Finance, VP of Corporate Development, and
General Counsel. Acting as an extension of the CFO, this role drives execution across the company's
highest-priority strategic initiatives — spanning enterprise systems transformation, operational efficiency,
and strategic growth. The role serves as program owner for the CFO's strategic initiative portfolio:
coordinating cross-functional efforts, aligning stakeholders, monitoring performance, and ensuring
critical priorities deliver measurable outcomes. Success requires strong business judgment,
analytical rigor, executive presence, and the ability to influence across the organization without direct
authority.

As Zeitview scales the company faces increasing complexity across systems, processes, and
organizational structures. Many of the most important initiatives require coordination across multiple
functions and do not fit neatly within a single department. This role provides dedicated execution
leadership to bridge that gap — enabling the CFO and executive team to focus on strategic
decision-making while ensuring initiatives maintain momentum and deliver measurable results.
