About the Role:
As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in enabling solar customers’ aerial inspections. You will be responsible for daily site preparation and inspection coordination. Where applicable, you'll also manage initiatives to refine and increase efficiency in sales operations processes. This position will exist within the operations department and report to the Flight Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard client information and be the primary point of contact for customers scheduling inspections 
  • Coordinate with customers and subcontractors to understand logistics and scheduling constraints in order to support safe and efficient project execution
  • Develop and lead initiatives centered around improving our scheduling process and streamlining internal-external communications
  • Maintain awareness and visibility to the pipeline for your assigned verticals to ensure nothing falls through the cracks in all statuses and execute all statuses accordingly
  • Solve problems in real-time and ensure delivery of high quality Zeitview deliverables to our customers
  • Possess an understanding of Zeitview’s online, desktop, and mobile software platforms.
  • Identify gaps in processes and procedures, and report these to your Operations Manager
  • Maintain awareness and visibility to the pipeline for your assigned vertical to ensure nothing falls through the cracks in all statuses and execute all statuses accordingly
  • Provide ad-hoc support to pilots and customers for general inquiries

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years experience in operations, logistics, project coordination, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts accurately
  • Able to work remotely and coordinate effectively with a fully remote workforce
  • Interested in technology and the drone space. Drone experience, knowledge of UAV operations and regulations is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm, focused, and solution-oriented under pressure and in rapidly changing situations
  • Proficiency in using scheduling tools, project management software, Google Suite (Sheets and Docs), and Slack
  • High degree of accountability and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take ownership of tasks
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, in English with the ability to serve as a professional and effective liaison between clients and pilots in the field
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
